What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences over time.

Similar technologies include local storage, pixel tags, and JavaScript — we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

02

How Xinvera uses cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential (strictly necessary) — keeping you logged in, remembering your session, load balancing, security tokens. These cannot be turned off.
  • Preferences — remembering your language, visibility settings, and layout preferences.
  • Analytics — understanding how you use Xinvera (pages visited, clicks, searches) to improve the platform. We use first-party analytics only.
  • Performance — detecting errors, measuring load times, and optimizing delivery.

We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking for advertising, selling data to third parties, or building marketing profiles outside Xinvera.

04

Your choices

Essential cookies cannot be disabled because Xinvera would not function without them. For preference, analytics, and performance cookies, you have options:

  • Cookie banner — when you first visit Xinvera, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies.
  • Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking cookies may break some features.

You can manage cookies in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

05

Third-party cookies

Xinvera uses minimal third-party services, all of which contractually agree not to use cookies for cross-site tracking:

  • Cloud hosting provider — essential cookies only
  • Support widget — functional cookie for chat (optional, disabled if you decline)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or ad network cookies.

06

Do Not Track

Xinvera does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no consistent industry standard. However, we do not track you across third-party sites regardless.
